Patrick Bonzanigo

After his law studies at the University of Basel School of Law (lic. iur., 1997) and fine art studies at Schule für Gestaltung in Basel (1998-1999) Patrick Bonzanigo first worked as a research assistant and as a legal intern with Nobel & Hug Rechtsanwälte, a major law firm  in Zurich (1999-2001) and then with Delbrück & Schnyder, a law firm based in Binningen/Basel (2001-2002). After the admission to the bar in Zurich (2002)  he practiced as an attorney with Ritter & Schwaibold Rechtsanwälte, a business law firm based  in Zurich (2003-2010), of which he became a partner in 2007. In 2011-2012  he acted as a consultant with a practice focused on architecture and construction projects and subsequently joined Bolla Bonzanigo & Associati in December 2012.

Patrick Bonzanigo is fluent  in German, English, Italian and French and has good knowledge of Portuguese. His professional practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactions, corporate restructurings, advice and litigation in bankruptcy law matters,  domestic and international litigation and arbitration in corporate and commercial matters as well as counseling in contractual, unfair competition, media law, intellectual property, real estate, planning and construction law matters.
